This policy describes the pre-launch BILL website on Solana. Refunds, support submissions and AI credits are not active. Uploaded images are not sent to the original service or retained on a server. There is no account to create and no advertising or tracking.
What we collect, and why

Who processes it
Receipt processing and AI chat require a separately configured backend, which is not connected in this pre-launch version. Refunds are transactions on Solana, which anyone can see. We don't sell data and we don't share it with advertisers.
On your phone
This website keeps interface state in memory only. It resets on reload. It does not persist wallets, conversations or tickets in browser storage.
Camera and photos
The app asks for the camera or your photo library only when you choose to snap or pick a receipt. It only reads the images you select.
Children
BILL is not meant for anyone under 18.
Your choices
- Blur your name, card number or addresses on a receipt before sending it. The check still works.
- To ask what we hold about a wallet, or to ask us to delete the records we can delete, message BILL (contact announced at launch) on X. On-chain transactions can't be deleted by anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
