BILL turns the receipts you already have into something you own: a slice of a real stock token on Solana, AI credits, or a Zcash solo-mining run. Upload a receipt, and an agent checks it and pays you on-chain.
Why BILL exists
You pay for rides, food, fuel and games every week, and none of that money ever comes back. Cashback cards pay in points you can't hold. BILL pays you in assets you actually own, held in your own wallet. The brands you spend on are public companies: if you ride with Uber, you should own a little Uber.
How a claim works
- Hold at least 0.1% of the BILL supply, bought on pump.fun, in a wallet on Solana.
- Send a receipt photo and your wallet: on this site, by DM to @TryBillApp on X, or to the BILL bot on Telegram.
- A vision model reads the receipt (merchant, date, total) and a second forensic pass checks it is genuine and not reused.
- The agent computes your refund with the rule below and picks the payout that matches the receipt.
- The vault sends the payout on-chain. You get the transaction link, and the claim shows in the public feed.
Receipts and payouts
| Receipt | Default payout |
|---|---|
| Uber ride or Uber Eats | UBER stock token |
| McDonald's | MCD stock token |
| GTA VI | TTWO stock token |
| Fuel | PR stock token |
| Netflix subscription | NFLX stock token |
| Disney+ subscription | DIS stock token |
| Groceries | AI credits |
| Any accepted receipt, on request | A Zcash solo-mining run |
Receipts with promotions or Uber One credits count at the total actually paid, after discounts.
The refund rule
refund = min( s · V · L / n , ½ · fare , 2% · V ), L = min(Hw, 2.5)
- s: your share of the BILL supply
- V: the value of the vault paying you
- n: how many refunds your wallet has had, this one included
- fare: the receipt total
- Hw = 1 + ½ + ⅓ + … + 1/w, the harmonic number of weeks held
The harmonic term rewards loyalty with diminishing returns: week 1 counts fully, week 2 adds half, week 3 a third. It is capped at 2.5, reached after 7 weeks, so nobody can farm it forever. When the result is under $5, it is raised to $5, but still never above half the receipt or 2% of the vault.
Safety bounds and proofs
| Property | Guarantee |
|---|---|
| Vault cap | One refund is never more than 2% of the vault |
| Receipt cap | One refund is never more than half the receipt |
| Vault stays | At least 98% of the vault remains after any claim |
| Loyalty cap | The harmonic term never exceeds 2.5 |
| Never empty | After any number of claims, with any inputs, the vault is never emptied |
| No overflow | The payout code has no overflow and no division by zero |
The math is formalised in Lean 4. The production payout code, in integer cents, was checked by Aristotle, which verified all 9 properties after we fixed an overflow it found.
Anti-fraud and the sell rule
- Reading: a vision model extracts merchant, date and total, and corrects dates whose weekday does not match.
- Forensics: a second pass looks for edits, screenshots of screenshots and impossible totals.
- Fingerprints: each receipt is fingerprinted, so the same receipt cannot be claimed twice.
- Age: old receipts are refused.
BILL is for holders, not for farm-and-dump. You may sell up to 50% of your peak bag since your first refund. Sell more and the wallet stops getting refunds. Normal trading stays free.
Zcash solo-mining runs
Instead of a token, you can turn a refund into a few hours of real Zcash mining in your name. If your run finds a block, the whole block reward goes to your Zcash address.
- Pick "Zcash run" and give a transparent Zcash address (t1…).
- BILL rents Equihash hashpower with the refund value and points it at a solo pool, with your address as the payout.
- You follow your run live on the mining dashboard: hashrate, time left, odds.
P(block) = 1 − e−λ, λ = h · t / (Hnet · 75 s)
h is your rented hashrate, t the run length, Hnet the network hashrate and 75 s the Zcash block time. Your first run is topped up to $10. Most runs find nothing: it is a lottery ticket with transparent odds, not income.
The BILL agent on X and Telegram
- X: DM @TryBillApp a receipt and your wallet. Encrypted DMs work. Reply "@TryBillApp refund this" under a receipt and it estimates the refund.
- Telegram: send the BILL bot a receipt photo with your wallet, in DM or in the group. AI credits are sent by DM only.
- Announcements: every paid claim is posted in the Telegram group with its transaction link, and the agent posts payout recaps on X.
Token and transparency

A share of BILL's trading fees fills public vaults in real stock tokens. Every payout is an on-chain transaction from one of those vaults, and this site shows the live feed, the vault balances and the refund math.
